The Good Sam Hospital, as we call it, is looking pretty good today.  And the future is bright.

The hospital is certified by the Dominican Department of Health as among the top three hospitals in the city. 

It has two state of the art surgery rooms, including being equipped for orthoscopic and eye surgery.  .

Good Sam has the only dialysis treatment ward east of the capital of Santo Domingo and perhaps the largest in the country with six treatment stations.

It’s been a long time getting to this point and we have a lot left to do. 

The entire hospital has been funded with private contributions and has been a true grass roots ecumenical project
